NORTHSTAR I Falcon 102 Flybridge Now Asking $2,550,000

Northrop & Johnson announces a $199,000 price reduction on NORTHSTAR I, the 102’ (31.50m) 2005 Cantieri Navali Falcon 102 Flybridge, now asking $2,550,000. The yacht is offered for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Kristen Klein.

Alongside the new asking price, the seller is offering interested buyers a three-year marina lease at NORTHSTAR I’s current dock at Ocean Reef in Panama City, Panama, from December 1, 2026, through December 1, 2029.

Built in Italy, NORTHSTAR I is a raised pilothouse flybridge motor yacht with four lower-deck staterooms accommodating up to nine guests, each with a dedicated en-suite. A cinema lounge on the main deck includes a Pullman berth and can be utilized as a fifth stateroom, increasing accommodations to as many as 12 guests. Her exterior arrangement includes an aft deck for alfresco dining, a flybridge with lounge seating and a bar/entertaining area, foredeck sunpads and a swim platform.

Recent mechanical work includes the replacement of both port and starboard Kohler 28kW generators in 2025, A/C chiller system repair with a new compressor and preventative maintenance completed in 2026. NORTHSTAR I is powered by twin MTU 16-cylinder diesel engines producing approximately 2,000 HP each, with a cruising speed of 20–22 knots and a top speed of 25 knots. She is also equipped with Naiad stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters and hydraulic steering.
