NORTHSTAR I Cantieri Navali Falcon 102 Flybridge Yacht for Sale
Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the new listing of NORTHSTAR I, a 2005 102’ (31.50m) Cantieri Navali Falcon 102 Flybridge, now offered for sale with Yacht Broker Kristen Klein at an asking price of $3,000,000. Located in Panama, this Italian-built raised pilothouse motor yacht presents a straightforward opportunity for private ownership or charter use, supported by recent mechanical upgrades and a proven Falcon platform.
Built in Italy, NORTHSTAR I reflects the brand’s approach to performance-oriented flybridge yachts, combining a raised pilothouse configuration with practical guest flow and solid cruising capability. Powered by twin MTU 16-cylinder diesel engines, she cruises at 20–22 knots with a top speed of 25 knots. Stabilization and maneuverability are supported by a Naiad stabilizer system, bow and stern thrusters, and hydraulic steering, positioning the yacht for consistent operation underway.
The interior follows a traditional Falcon layout, defined by warm high-gloss wood finishes, neutral soft goods, and large windows that provide natural light throughout the main salon and guest areas. The main deck is arranged with an open-plan salon featuring opposing seating and a forward dining area. A dedicated cinema lounge forward on the main deck adds a secondary interior space, complete with a large lounging area, integrated entertainment system, and an additional Pullman berth.
Accommodations are arranged across four staterooms on the lower deck, sleeping up to 9 guests. The full-beam master stateroom is located aft, offering increased volume and privacy, while the remaining layout includes one VIP queen cabin and two twin cabins, one with Pullman berth. A flexible, fifth stateroom can be utilized where the cinema lounge is located, should a new owner wish.
NORTHSTAR I’s spaces are structured around guest usability and circulation between different spaces, with direct access between the aft deck, side decks, and flybridge. The aft deck provides a dedicated alfresco dining area, while the flybridge functions as the primary social space, outfitted with lounge seating, a bar area, and sun lounging space. The foredeck offers additional sunpad seating, and the swim platform supports water access and tender operations. Onboard equipment includes an inflatable tender, paddleboards, a floating island, beach chairs, and more.
Both port and starboard Kohler 28kW generators were replaced in 2025. Additional yard work includes hull servicing, running gear maintenance, and underwater lighting installation, contributing to her current turnkey condition and immediate usability.
