Northrop & Johnson Announces the Listing of 2018 MJM 35z MARE

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome the 38-foot (11.6m) 2018 MJM 35z MARE to its sales fleet. She is listed for sale with Yacht Broker Brian Fisher for $645,000.

Mare is an express cruiser that combines exhilarating performance, offshore capability, and thoughtful accommodations. Built by Boston Boat Works using advanced pre-composite construction, MARE exemplifies the craftsmanship and innovation that made the MJM brand one of the most respected names in performance cruising. Designed by naval architect Doug Zurn, her slender hull, modified deep-V bottom, and 19.7-degree transom deadrise deliver a smooth, efficient ride with exceptional handling in a range of conditions. Her ISO Category B Offshore certification reinforces her capability beyond protected waters.

MARE is powered by twin 2020 Mercury 300hp Verado outboards with 240 hours, providing a comfortable cruising speed of 35 mph and a top speed of 50 mph. Joystick controls simplify docking, while a Seakeeper 3 gyrostabilizer reduces roll, enhancing comfort underway or at anchor.

One of MARE’s standout features is her versatile pilothouse. Large opening side windows and an electrically opening windshield create an open-air boating experience on warm days.
