Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €500,000 price reduction on the 130’ (40m) open-sport motor yacht BLUE AZUR, now asking €4,450,000 (VAT paid). She is listed for sale with Yacht Broker Ed Cavendish.

Delivered in 2007 by Overmarine, BLUE AZUR is a Mangusta 130 built on the yard’s proven high-performance platform, designed for fast coastal cruising. Having seen only light private use since launch, she has been consistently maintained with class surveys and machinery services kept fully up to date.

Most recently, BLUE AZUR benefited from a substantial interior refit in 2025. All soft furnishings, leathers, carpets and loose furniture were replaced, bringing the interior fully in line with modern expectations while retaining the high-gloss wenge woodwork that defines the Mangusta aesthetic. VAT paid, commercially compliant and offered in turnkey condition, BLUE AZUR is ready for the upcoming season.

From a technical perspective, key milestones have already been completed. BLUE AZUR has passed her 15-year class survey and completed her 5-year jet service, removing the typical uncertainty and future cost exposure.

She is currently undergoing planned mechanical works as part of her ongoing maintenance program, ensuring she is delivered turnkey and ready for the upcoming season. Engines and generators have been serviced on schedule and the yacht is built to commercial requirements, offering the flexibility to operate privately or on charter.

Powered by twin MTU engines, BLUE AZUR delivers the performance the Mangusta 130 is known for, with a top speed of approximately 32 knots and a cruising speed around 25 knots. Her planning hull offers predictable handling and an efficient ride profile, well suited to the Mediterranean-style cruising for which the model was conceived.

On deck, the aft area is arranged around a large sunpad with a concealed Jacuzzi below, complemented by all-new exterior fabrics and refreshed awnings. Beneath the hardtop, a shaded dining area connects seamlessly to the main salon through wide sliding doors. Forward, the expansive foredeck offers an oversized sunpad and additional shaded seating, giving guests multiple usable exterior spaces underway or at anchor.

Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five cabins. The full-beam master suite includes a private office, his-and-hers sinks, and a large hammam-style shower. A forward VIP cabin, two double cabins, and a four-berth family cabin complete the layout, each with ensuite bathrooms finished in Italian marble.
