MAGNOLIA ONE, the 79′ (24m) pocket superyacht by Magnolia Yachts, is now listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Deniz Kaymaz. She is asking for €4,500,000 and is available for viewings in Turkey.

Described as “neo-classical design inspired by traditional trawlers” by Boat International, MAGNOLIA ONE was delivered in November 2022. Her classic Acajou mahogany hull and timeless lines are striking, complemented by her dark green hull and wood accents.

MAGNOLIA ONE has a top speed of 14 knots, cruising comfortably at 12.5, thanks to two Cummins 610HP QSM11 engines — and smoothly thanks to Zero Speed stabilizers. With a shallow draft of 1.6m, and a range of 1,800 nautical miles, she’s capable of cruising even the shallowest waters of The Bahamas. She has low engine and generator hours and is under shipyard warranty until 2024.

With plenty of space for socializing and relaxing, MAGNOLIA ONE is perfect for those who love entertaining. Stepping up from the swim platform is a shaded cockpit with a dining space for up to 12. Guests will find a secondary alfresco dining space and bar on the sundeck underneath the shade of a Bimini. Her open aft deck is a beautiful spot for lounging in the sun and has storage for her tender, and her spacious flybridge is comparable to yachts of a much larger size with seating for up to eight by her wet bar.

Her old-world charm continues to her interiors. Light and airy thanks to white satin lacquer and light oak details, her design is contemporary and modern — a theme continued throughout. Her main salon is illuminated by large windows and a beautiful skylight.

She can accommodate up to six guests across three cabins, each with en-suites. Her full-beam master cabin, located midships, is considerable at 20’ (6.4m). Her guest cabins — a VIP and a twin — are well-appointed and comfortable with marble details and ample storage. She has additional accommodations for three crew.
