Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 95-foot (28.96m) motor yacht LOVE N LIFE by Yacht Broker Todd Rittenhouse.
Launched in 2011 by Princess Yachts, LOVE N LIFE is a voluminous, sporty coastal cruiser that is ideally suited for weekends on the water with family and friends. She has a beam of 23 feet, two inches (7.06m) and a shallow draft of five feet, 11 inches (1.80m), allowing her to cruise almost anywhere. The yacht is quick, boasting a 24-knot cruising speed and a 28-knot maximum speed courtesy of two upgraded MTU 16V200-CR M94 2650hp engines. LOVE N LIFE also benefits from ABT Trac Fins Stabilizers.
Entertain and socialize with ease aboard LOVE N LIFE on her main deck in the salon with its mirror L-shaped cream-colored sofas that offer both comfort and good looks. These are nestled around a large coffee table. This space also is outfitted with a Kawi ES7 digital piano with customized L-shaped alligator inlay. A large TV with entertainment facilities is found across from the sofa. The main salon features striking high-gloss walnut wood finishes throughout. Also found on this deck, guests can enjoy a full-service bar and a barbecue. A high-low swim platform is ideally suited for fishing enthusiasts and water lovers. The side deck has a sunpad perfect for relaxing.
