Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 108-foot (33.23m) LE CAPRICE IV by Sales Broker Jim Poulsen, acting on behalf of the buyer. Sean Fenniman of Allied Marine, acted on behalf of the seller.

Pershing built LE CAPRICE IV in 2011 for a knowledgeable four-time Pershing owner. Working closely with the designers and builder, this yacht has an attention to detail that is rarely achieved and has the best of everything offered. Additionally, the yacht was built as MCA compliant.

LE CAPRICE IV’s interior is inviting with cool contemporary styling and Fendi leather. The open concept and expansive windows make the main salon the ideal space for entertaining. Furthermore, the aft door can disappear, creating a seamless blend between inside and out.

Below deck, the luxury motor yacht offers accommodations for six guests in three beautifully appointed staterooms. The yacht features a full-beam master stateroom, a double VIP in the bow and a guest stateroom with twin beds. Also on the lower deck is a TV room that could convert into a fourth stateroom.

The motor yacht’s open flybridge is the ideal place for relaxing and hanging out while at anchor or underway. It features ample seating, alfresco dining and a wet bar. The foredeck with large sunpads and additional dining is another perfect spot for everyone to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle. LE CAPRICE IV showcases a lovely aft deck with further dining and sunpads. Innovatively, the yacht’s Jet Skis are stored under the sunpads on the foredeck and the tender is stored in a tender garage, keeping the decks toy free for guest enjoyment.

Equipped with three MTU 16V2000 M94 2,639hp diesel engines LE CAPRICE IV is a true high-performance yacht that has a top speed of 40-plus knots and a cruising speed 34 knots.
