Northrop & Johnson announces a €1,005,000 price reduction on the 30.47m (98’6”) LAZZARA UHV 100. Set for 2026 delivery, she offers the chance to bypass the production queue and is listed with Yacht Broker Richard Higgins at the reduced price of €13,495,000.

The LAZZARA UHV (Ultra High Volume) 100 offers an outstanding 260m² (2,800ft²) of interior space and 125m² (1,345ft²) of exterior decks, giving her the largest volume in her size range. She is built in e-glass and carbon composite with epoxy resin, faired and painted for a flawless, glass-like finish that eliminates the need for constant gelcoat maintenance.

Her patented “No thru-hull” system routes all water intakes and discharges to a single controlled location, reducing hull openings for greater safety and making every system easier to access. Other smart engineering choices include solid hard piping, which lasts longer and is less prone to leaks; floating floors that dampen noise and vibration for a quieter ride; a fresh-air system that brings in clean air to keep interiors comfortable; and backup water pumps, electrical panels and battery banks so the yacht can continue operating smoothly even if a primary system fails.

This focus on quality follows through to the interior where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the main guest areas with natural light and panoramic views. The main deck features a large lounge and a formal dining area for ten, while the upper deck’s full-beam skylounge includes a bar and ample lounge seating. The LAZZARA UHV 100 offers accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins, comprising a main-deck owner’s suite with a private seating area and ensuite, plus four lower-deck guest cabins in a mix of queen and twin layouts, all with ensuites.

The exterior is designed for versatile outdoor living. The foredeck hosts a large lounge area with a Jacuzzi, the stern features a full beach club and submersible swim platform for direct water access and both the main and upper aft decks provide generous alfresco dining and relaxation spaces.

Powered by Volvo Penta engines and equipped with CMC electric fin stabilizers, an aft docking station and hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a top speed of 16 knots.

With her combination of ultra-high volume, advanced build quality and the chance to bypass the long build timelines, the LAZZARA UHV 100 is an excellent opportunity for an owner seeking immediate access to a spacious, efficient and brand-new yacht.
