Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 85′ (25.91m) Azimut motor yacht GRAVITY by Yacht Broker Rolf Smith, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. The yacht was last asking $955,500.
Originally delivered in 2000, GRAVITY has been meticulously maintained and upgraded to ensure a heightened level of luxury and comfort. GRAVITY has seen a multitude of upgrades, including a comprehensive refit in 2014. This modernized the yacht and introduced a state-of-the-art electrical system, offering limitless possibilities for cruising destinations. In 2016, GRAVITY underwent a $30,000 interior makeover led by Mary Mahoney, and a year later, additional enhancements were made, including new carpeting and additions to the galley.
As guests step aboard, they are greeted by an alfresco dining setup on the aft deck– an ideal setting for a casual meal against the backdrop of her cruising grounds. Stepping through the curved sliding glass door into the main salon, guests will be greeted by custom cherry woodwork on the interior. Two custom leather settees, positioned port and starboard, create an inviting space for guests to gather and unwind. Recessed lighting in paneled ceilings is complemented by natural light streaming in through the surrounding windows. For indoor dining, a dedicated space awaits further forward. To port, a fully-equipped galley stands ready to create meals onboard, while a sliding tambour partition provides an option for added privacy.
The pilothouse aboard GRAVITY is a fusion of functionality and aesthetics. It features a helm station and a spacious dinette complete with a leather settee, a cherry wood table and seating for up to five guests. GRAVITY welcomes nine guests in four staterooms. The full-beam master suite is a vision of luxury with glossy cherry woodwork. The master stateroom boasts a queen-size berth with built-in nightstands, a curved leather settee, a vanity station and a walk-in closet. Additional accommodations include a spacious VIP stateroom with a queen-size berth and two guest cabins, each with twin beds and a Pullman berth.
GRAVITY’s exterior deck spaces include a tender garage that houses a 2016 11-foot FBG Brigs tender, Sea Nymph Bob, two Yamaha Scout Explorers and a Bauer Dive compressor. The flybridge is a haven for relaxation, offering a Jacuzzi and a spacious seating area. The expansive sunpads on the bow welcome guests to lay out and enjoy GRAVITY’s cruising grounds.
