Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 96′ (29m) Bloemsma Van Breemen motor yacht GAYLE FORCE by Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland, acting on behalf of the buyer. The yacht was last asking $4,750,000.
GAYLE FORCE is a beautiful long-range expedition yacht launched in 2003. With a range of 6,000 nautical miles at a comfortable speed of 10 knots, GAYLE FORCE is equipped for extensive journeys.
GAYLE FORCE received a significant makeover in 2009/2010 when she was sent to Delta Marine for a massive refit. The extensive refurbishment included the installation of new engines, generators, and an inverter system. She has seen continued investments and maintenance efforts from 2017 to 2020, bringing her to a condition even better than new.
The main deck of GAYLE FORCE offers an exceptional vantage point for commanding views. The wheelhouse is positioned forward on the upper main deck, providing excellent visibility through five large windows. The wheelhouse features two Ricaro helm chairs, a navigation station and a raised L-shaped settee with a table. A well-equipped galley is located aft on the same leveL. A day head is situated aft of the galley.
Descending four steps via a central circular staircase leads to the dining and main salon area, which is adorned with cherry wood furniture. The dining table, a custom cherry and birch wood design, is accompanied by six comfortable beige wool padded dining chairs. A chilled wine storage is located on the port side, and a small wet bar is on the starboard side. The dining area flows seamlessly into the main salon, featuring a plush off-white linen L-shaped couch settee and a large reclining easy chair. A 50-inch flat-screen TV can be raised and lowered from the furniture on the starboard side, and ample storage cabinetry graces the entire area. The aft deck has been modified to provide a climate-controlled environment, ensuring comfort during expeditions to colder climates through the integration of both A/C and heat via the diesel heating system.
The upper deck is spacious with an open central area partially covered by a tall stainless frame with a canvas sunshade. A six-person Jacuzzi is located aft and large storage lockers are positioned outboard. A tender is securely stowed aft on the deck, with a 1250kg hydraulic crane conveniently housed in an enclosed locker mounted athwartships, just ahead of the tender storage.
Her flybridge features an aluminum hardtop and a forward-angled glass partial windshield. There is a well-equipped bar counter with a large gas BBQ and a U-shaped settee with three chairs and a stunning varnished teak dining table.
GAYLE FORCE welcomes eight guests in three cabins comprising two guest cabins, one with twin berths and a Pullman and the other with a queen berth and a Pullman, and an owner’s cabin with a centerline king-size berth. Each stateroom is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom.
