Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the central agency of FORE ACES, the 124’ (37.7m) Delta Marine. Asking $8,900,000, she is listed for sale with yacht brokers Wes Sanford and Mike Finnegan.

Recognized as one of the finest examples of Delta Marine’s 124’ model, and previously owned by Jimmy Buffett, FORE ACES is as turn-key as she was the day of her original delivery in 2003. She has benefited from a substantial refit program between 2021 and 2023 that modernized both her interior and exterior spaces. One of the most notable changes is the 12’ extension of the sundeck that created even more usable alfresco space for sunbathing and entertaining. FORE ACES’ reconfigured layout takes full advantage of each of her three decks while preserving her Delta Marine profile.

FORE ACES’ classic interior design, courtesy of Delta Design Group, features satin cherry finishes and sapele pommele detailing. Across the main salon, guests can enjoy large lounge seating, a full bar, plenty of large windows, a formal dining area, and access to the main deck aft for a covered alfresco dining space. The skylounge has yet another bar area and opens directly to the bride deck entertaining space.

FORE ACES welcomes 12 guests across five cabins, including a main-deck master suite with a king-size berth, one VIP stateroom, two additional queen-size staterooms and one twin stateroom with two Pullmans. The yacht’s flexible layout makes her excellent for multigenerational families or groups.

Twin Caterpillar 3412E main engines (1,400 hp each) power the yacht, backed by two Northern Lights 65kW generators and Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers. She also features a 4,000 lb davit with a large tender deck, a shallow draft that enhances her seaworthiness.
