Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €600,000 price reduction on the 100’11” (28.63m) Sunreef Power catamaran PETITE BELLE. Listed for sale with Yacht Broker Gabriele Modica Ragusa, she is now offered at €14,900,000.

Delivered in 2025, PETITE BELLE is hull five of the Sunreef 100 Power series. She was built with a high level of owner customization and combines the volume with technical features aimed at both private ownership and commercial operation.

Her layout accommodates 10 guests in five en suite staterooms, including a spacious master with a king-size bed. The main deck saloon opens directly onto the aft cockpit through full-height sliding glass doors, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor living space. Forward, the bow offers a lounge and sunpads, while the expansive flybridge is a true social hub with a Jacuzzi, C-shaped sofa, dining area, bar and more space to relax. Her walkaround beach club features two large fall down balconies, it creates the perfect connection between the life onboard and the sea.

Among her notable technical features are a 138kWh battery bank supporting silent night operation, 13kWp of integrated solar panels, a comprehensive AV system with DJ connectivity, underwater RGBW lighting, expanded camera systems for berthing and security, and numerous owner-specified upgrades throughout. PETITE BELLE is offered with a Williams SportJet 625 tender and two jet skis.

Powered by twin 1,200hp MAN engines, she cruises at 12 knots with a maximum speed of 16 knots. Built for both European and U.S. cruising, she complies with the Malta Commercial Code for Sea Areas A1, A2 and A3 under sCYC 2024. Construction was overseen throughout by an independent surveyor, providing additional quality assurance during the build process.

Available for immediate inspection, PETITE BELLE represents an opportunity to acquire a recently delivered Sunreef 100 Power without the lead time associated with a new build.
