Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €1,000,000 price reduction on the 100’11” (28.63m) Sunreef Yachts PETITE BELLE, represented for sale by Yacht Broker Gabriele Modica. She is now offered at €15,500,000.

Newly delivered in 2025, PETITE BELLE is hull five of the highly successful Sunreef 100 Power series. Measuring 28.63 metres with an immense 13.5-metre beam, she stands out in her category for both her volume and the extensive level of customisation and upgrades incorporated throughout her build.

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, PETITE BELLE features a vast panoramic main-deck salon that opens directly onto the full-beam aft cockpit through sliding glass doors, creating a fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Forward, the bow is arranged with lounging and sunpads, while the expansive flybridge serves as a true social hub with a Jacuzzi, bar, dining area and generous seating. Her walkaround beach club, complete with two-fold-down balconies, further enhances the connection to the sea.

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five ensuite cabins, including a spacious master suite with a king-size bed. Finished in light, bright tones with natural materials throughout, the guest spaces are designed to balance privacy, comfort and flexibility for either private family use or charter.

PETITE BELLE is exceptionally well equipped, with standout features including a silent night mode powered by 138kWh batteries, 13kWp of solar panels integrated into the superstructure, a premium AV system with DJ connection, 20 underwater LED RGBW lights, multiple berthing and security cameras, and custom bar installations. She is offered fully loaded, including owner’s supply, a Williams SportJet 625 tender and two jet skis.

Powered by twin 1,200hp MAN engines, PETITE BELLE cruises at 12 knots and reaches a top speed of 16 knots. Built for both European and U.S. cruising, she is fully compliant with the Malta Commercial Code for Sea Areas A1+A2+A3 under sCYC 2024. Her construction was overseen from start to finish by an experienced surveyor, ensuring a high standard of build quality throughout.

Now in Cannes and available for viewings, PETITE BELLE represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most advanced and comprehensively equipped Sunreef 100 Power catamarans on the market at her new asking price.
