DOUBLEYOU is an authentic tri-deck explorer vessel that can be owner-driven or handled by a modest crew. Previously named CONTINENTAL DRIFTER II, the luxury yacht spent several years under the ownership of famous American singer/songwriter Jimmy Buffett before changing hands. She is the ideal yacht for adventurers featuring a crow’s nest for optimal visibility of the surrounding cruising grounds. Tom Fexas Yacht Design penned her exterior architecture, and her original interior was courtesy of Melody Savio. She has since undergone an extensive interior refurbishment leaving her in primed condition.

DOUBLEYOU’s new interior has given her a new lease of life, and any new owner will benefit significantly from the work completed. The 2019 reconfiguration brought a relaxed, laid-back styling with an understated color palette, white timber flooring and deckhead panels and leather accents. Her main salon features sweeping windows, two mirrored sofas and a large dining table. Her galley is well-equipped with modern appliances for creating meals onboard. Spanning the full beam, the port side of the galley has a dinette area for informal dining and acts as an extension to the galley, offering more space when needed. The skylounge is a multifunctional space with access to the aft deck, showcasing an L-shaped bar with seating, a wide, forward-facing sofa, and upholstered teak seating. DOUBLEYOU welcomes nine guests in four refined cabins. The master suite and VIP are accessible via a companionway and are both full-beam with ample storage. Two additional guest cabins are midships with twin berths and an additional Pullman berth in the starboard cabin.

The yacht’s exterior styling is that of a traditional explorer yacht with a tall superstructure, wide side decks and an open foredeck for tender storage and provision of cruising gear storage as required. A hydraulic crane sits centrally and can be used to retrieve or launch tenders and toys. Her cockpit is an excellent place for guests to gather alfresco under complete coverage from the elements. The bridge features a main helm seat flanked by two other navigational seats and a raised observation seat with a small table for guests to enjoy the scenery while underway.
