Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the CNB 76′ (23.17m) sailing yacht “ZIG” by Yacht Broker Sean McCarter, acting on behalf of the buyer and by Yacht Broker Nigel Wales from Arrival Yachts, acting on behalf of the seller. The yacht was last asking €2,300,000.
Delivered in 2017, ZIG is a stunning, high-performance sailing yacht. Her versatile interior and uncluttered, spacious exterior deck spaces illustrate her excellent use of space. She features all the modern amenities and equipment expected on a yacht of this caliber, providing the owner and guests a safe and comfortable experience at sea. In 2021, ZIG received upgrades and updates, ensuring she is in prime condition.
ZIG’s flexible accommodation configuration welcomes up to eight guests and four crew members. The sailing yacht’s cabins are adorned in Stockholm beige Alcantara fabric complemented by dark oak bulkheads and light oak floorboards. The luxurious owner’s suite is forward with a queen-size island berth, vanity table and plenty of storage. The port VIP guest cabin offers a wide double berth that can be converted into single berths when needed and an additional foldable bunk. The starboard cabin is made up of bunk beds; the lower bed is convertible to a double berth, and the aft cabin offers two single berths. There is an additional convertible twin aft cabin for crew or guests, finished to the same standard as the rest of ZIG’s interior. En-suite bathrooms accompany each of ZIG’s guest cabins.
ZIG’s bright and spacious main salon is filled with natural light from the panoramic windows. There is a comfortable space for interior dining to be enjoyed and a lounge area with a bar, including an ice maker. The yacht’s U-shaped galley is large and functional, with white Corian work surfaces and two stools for casual dining. The galley is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. When alfresco dining and lounging are desired, guests can head to ZIG’s cockpit and enjoy the cozy benches that surround the exterior dining table.
