Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 65-foot (19.81m) LIVIN by Yacht Broker Kevin Kramer, who acted on behalf of the seller. LIVIN was only on the market for 41 days.
Built by McKinna in 2003, LIVIN offers all the comforts of homes. The yacht showcases powerful exterior lines that are complemented by impressive living spaces.
The motor yacht interior showcases a timeless styling and a welcoming ambiance. LIVIN’s interior uses its seventeen-foot three-inch (5.2m) beam to its advantage by maximizing space to create an expansive, versatile living area for all to enjoy. The main salon features a soft sofa with two chairs opposite and a 42-inch (12.8m) plasma TV that rises on a lift. Forward is a well-equipped gourmet galley outfitted with granite countertops, a dinette and a pilothouse helm station.
Below deck, motor yacht LIVIN features three well-appointed staterooms that accommodate six guests comfortably. The master stateroom is full-beam and showcases a plush bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with marble vanity with his-and-hers sinks and shower/tub combination. The additional staterooms include a forward VIP stateroom and a guest stateroom with upper and lower twin beds — an en-suite bath accompanies both guest staterooms.
The outdoor living areas aboard LIVIN are spectacular. The motor yacht’s aft deck features a charming settee and table, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals while enjoying sea breezes. LIVIN has wide side decks that allow for safe access to the foredeck. On the foredeck, the yacht features a large sunpad for soaking up the sunshine. The luxury motor yacht’s flybridge has ample seating for relaxing while underway or at anchor. Aft is storage for the yacht’s tender. When the tender is deployed the space can be utilized for guest enjoyment with deck chairs.
