Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce AYSHA, the 26.7m Timmerman motor yacht, is now available for sale with Yacht Broker Deniz Kaymaz. Built in 2012 and presented in excellent condition, she is listed at €2,390,000.

This steel-hulled explorer-style yacht was designed by Ginton Naval Architects with both exterior and interior styling by Guido de Groot. Engineered for long-range cruising, she offers a transoceanic range of approximately 2,000 nautical miles, with a 15,300-liter fuel capacity and efficient twin Caterpillar engines delivering a cruising speed of 9 knots and a top speed of 11.5 knots. She is RINA Pleasure certified and registered under 24 meters, offering both robust capability and operational versatility.

Her layout is both functional and spacious. The interior welcomes guests with rich wood finishes, natural light from large windows, and a newly updated salon featuring L-shaped seating, a lift-up TV, and fresh carpets and varnish applied in 2024. The galley has been fully refitted, and additional cold storage and laundry facilities enhance the yacht’s suitability for extended cruising or liveaboard use.

AYSHA accommodates eight guests in four cabins, including a full-beam master stateroom, two twin cabins, and a privately accessed fourth guest cabin converted from a sauna. Each stateroom is ensuite, and all benefit from recent upgrades. Crew quarters forward accommodate four crew members, with a crew mess, dedicated dry head, and separated access from guest areas.

Outdoor spaces are generous and purpose-built for cruising comfort. Her teak-laid aft deck, flybridge with hardtop and sunroof, marble-topped bar, and forward sunpad deliver ample space for relaxation and entertaining. Her Portuguese bridge, dual walkways, and Muir hydraulic winches with 200m of chain and 150kg anchors reinforce her oceangoing pedigree. A refitted wheelhouse now includes Garmin chartplotters, AMS systems, Inmarsat, and new upholstery, ensuring modern navigation.

AYSHA underwent a refit in 2024, which included new teak decks, new generators, refreshed interiors, expanded systems, and the addition of a fourth guest cabin, making her fully turnkey for a new owner.
