165’ (50m) Mangusta ROYALE X Sold

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 164’ (50m) motor yacht ROYALE X, with Yacht Broker Ed Cavendish representing the buyer. The yacht was last asking €9,800,000.

Delivered in 2012 by Overmarine in Italy, ROYALE X is a standout high-performance Mangusta, with sleek exterior lines by Stefano Righini and interiors by Valentina Balducci. With an impressive 488 GT, she offers the volume and comfort of a much larger yacht while keeping the signature profile and pace the Mangusta series is known for.

Designed as a triple waterjet yacht, ROYALE X is powered by three MTU 16V 4000 M93L engines (4,610hp each), delivering a 27-knot cruising speed and a top speed of 38 knots. Comfort underway and at anchor is enhanced by an extensive SeaKeeper gyro package, supporting her role as a fast yet highly capable Mediterranean cruiser.

ROYALE X has benefitted from consistent investment and notable updates over recent years. Highlights include major safety and bridge upgrades for commercial compliance in 2025, replacement of navigation screens on both bridge and flybridge, and continued paint and hull works through 2023/2024. A 10-year ABS Class Survey was completed in May 2022, alongside substantial engineering and technical works.

Accommodation is arranged in four en-suite staterooms for up to 10 guests, including a full-beam Owner’s suite on the lower deck with a private study, his-and-hers bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, plus a VIP, a double and a twin cabin with additional berths.
