Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 133-foot (40.54m) SERQUE by Yacht Broker Kristen Klein; who acted on behalf of the seller.
SERQUE is an exceptional custom-built Broward that was launched in 1995 and was completely rebuilt in 2008 by her current owner. During her rebuild, she was taken all the way back to her hull plating and superstructure. The result of her rebuild and the $25 million spent on the yacht over the years, is a magnificent yacht that showcases the best of today’s luxury.
The luxury motor yacht’s traditionally classic interior was custom designed by Genesis Yachtline in Viareggio, Italy. The space is warm, welcoming and offers an ideal area for unwinding and entertaining.
SERQUE has accommodations for up to 13 guests in six beautifully appointed staterooms. Located on the main deck, the master suite is outfitted with a king-size bed, a desk with a pop-up vanity and a built-in divan. The suite is accompanied by a lavish and expansive en-suite bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub, seamless glass shower and his-and-hers granite vanities. Motor yacht SERQUE also features a split-level VIP with a Jacuzzi, shower combo, two king-bed staterooms, a twin-bed stateroom with a Pullman and a single-bed stateroom with a Pullman. Each stateroom has custom mahogany Sapele wood and features Botticino stone with mosaic borders, Italian high-gloss furniture and luxurious silk and chenille fabrics.
Outdoor living areas are abundant aboard SERQUE. The yacht features a large main deck aft with a bar and alfresco dining. Forward on the foredeck, the motor yacht has a lovely seating area. SERQUE also has a spacious sundeck with an eisenglass enclosure from midship forward, allowing the space to be air-conditioned. There is also a large dinette, ample seating, a Jacuzzi, three drop-down 40-inch TVs and a grill.
