Posted July 31, 2020 in Brokerage & New Build by Morgan Crowe

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 112-foot (34.14m) BLUE TOO with Northrop & Yacht Broker Bruce Leffers and Fraser Yacht Broker Stuart Larson, acting on behalf of the seller.

BLUE TOO is an exceptional sailing yacht built by Alloy Yachts and designed by the renowned Ron Holland; the yacht was built in 1998. In 2016, the yacht received a total refit. During this time, every aspect of the yacht received attention to bring her to pristine condition. Items from her refit include a rebuild of her MTU engine by MTU, replacing her generators and fuel system as well as updating her electronics, sensors, gauges and control system.

The luxury sailing yacht perfectly blends high-quality design, fine craftsmanship and impressive sailing performance to create an idyllic on-water retreat. BLUE TOO’s interior showcases elegant styling. The interior is adorned with raised panel joinery, timeless soft goods and teak cabin soles. The yacht’s interior has an open concept that is warm and inviting. There is a spacious seating area to port and dining to starboard.

Sailing yacht BLUE TOO has accommodations for six guests in the luxurious comfort of three staterooms, which are all located aft. The master is a haven with a walk around queen bed, L-shaped settee, en-suite bath and private access to the owner’s cockpit. BLUE TOO’s additional staterooms include a queen-bed stateroom and a twin-bed stateroom — both with en-suite baths. The sailing yacht also offers accommodations for five crewmembers.

One of the yacht’s most notable features is her two-cockpit design giving ample seating for entertaining guests as well as privacy when desired. The large center cockpit is perfect for socializing, enjoying the thrills of sailing and alfresco dining. The aft cockpit is the owner’s cockpit and is more private.
