The 112’ (34.34m) Nautor’s Swan sailing yacht ANEMOS UNO has been sold, with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Jochen Brill representing the seller. The yacht was last asking €2,995,000.

Designed by Germán Frers and delivered in 1999 by Nautor Swan, ANEMOS UNO is the first hull in the acclaimed Swan 112 series. Built to cross oceans with confidence and grace, she embodies the builder’s iconic balance of technical precision and elegance.

Her composite hull features a carbon-reinforced laminate construction for optimal stiffness and strength, while a powerful MTU 6R 183 diesel engine and twin 35kW Northern Lights generators ensure reliability under power. A comprehensive series of refits, including a 2025 hull repaint, full teak recaulk, and generator overhauls, attest to a strong maintenance pedigree.

Her four-cabin layout accommodates up to eight guests in exceptional comfort, anchored by a full-beam owner’s suite finished in rich woods, soft leather, and refined detail. Lounging spaces throughout showcase a warm, elegant interior ideal for both private living and entertaining.

On deck, the flush teak layout flows around a protected cockpit with alfresco dining, a sprayhood and Bimini, and a hydraulically operated beach club-style transom. A folding gangway, new exterior cushions (2024), and custom boarding solutions enhance life at anchor.
