DeLaneau’s latest timepiece is a unique combination of art and nature. The DeLaneau Elements utilizes what is known as the Geneva technique, a miniature painting with flux enamel. Set in a 42-millimeter red-gold case encapsulated with 74 baguette-cut precious stones — including eight rubies, 12 sapphires, 20 orange and yellow sapphires, 14 tsavorites and 20 diamonds — in a stunning rainbow motif, the watch truly is eye-catching. It also features a white alligator strap and an automatic movement.
Richard Mille has joined forces with Airbus Corporate Jets to produce the RM 50-02 ACJ Tourbillon Split Seconds Chronograph. The head of Airbus Corporate Jets’ Creative Design Studio drew up the plans for the watch while working closely with members of Richard Mille’s research and development team. Paying homage to the tech-savvy jets, the timepiece is lightweight; some of its parts have been treated with special aeronautical coating. A limited edition of 30 pieces will
be available.

Carl F. Bucherer’s newest design, the Pathos Swan, evokes the spirit of the graceful, beautiful bird. A mother-of-pearl dial, Wesselton diamonds and stunning sapphires are used to create the image of a swan swimming on a lake. Available in two varieties — 18-karat rose gold and a combination 18-karat white and 18-karat rose gold — the watch is limited to a production of 88 pieces, which will be available by request.
The Diver Chronograph Hammerhead Shark from Ulysse Nardin is complete with a self-winding, manufacture-chronograph-caliber UN-150, silicium escapement and balance spring. This is the first for the collection. A limited edition of 300 stainless steel pieces and 99 18-karat
rose gold pieces will be available. The timepiece’s dial in dark blue is adorned with the signature hammerhead shark motif. It also features a 48-hour power reserve and a unidirectional turning bezel, ensuring it is the essential watch for ocean goers.
The Eight-Day Royal Navy is a true exemplification of Arnold & Son’s unique marine chronometer watch. Part of the luxurious Royal Collection, the new eight-day power movement watch is inspired by timepieces made for King George III in the 18th century. The Eight-Day Royal Navy combines the precise chronometer, which was featured first created by Arnold & Son for maritime navigation in the 1700s, with a high-performance movement and a power-reserve display at 12 o’clock; the small seconds are at six.
In a reinterpretation of one of its core watches, Blancpain introduces the Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe. The three-hand version is now presented in a plasma-gray ceramic case complete with a blue dial, capturing the spirit of the sea. A unique production method utilizing precise technology is used to create the plasma-gray ceramic, resulting in the understated hue. The first diving models of this watch, both men’s and women’s styles, were launched in the late 1950s.
Louis Moinet created the world’s first educational chronograph — the Memoris. Both mechanical and amusing, the timepiece showcases all of its chronograph moments on the dial side, which allows the viewer to understand how the movement works. With a simple touch to the monopusher, the mechanics come alive. The movement’s hand-decorated parts are set against a starry backdrop, creating a unique and stunning aesthetic.
Thin is in with Arnold & Son’s new UTTE Skeleton, the thinnest skeleton tourbillon watch available. Powered by the new A&S8220 movement, the UTTE Skeleton is a completely in-house creation of the manufacture. It measures in at a slender 8.34 millimeters. In order to achieve this slight frame, the designers were tasked with reengineering the movement from scratch. The red-gold 5N case has a circumference of 42 millimeters.
Parmigiani Fleurier celebrates 20 years of watch creation with a gold quartz movement inside a steel case. Adorned with engraved mother of pearl, the dials of the Kalpa Piccola and Kalpa Donna Anniversaire watches are exquisite. The subtle detailing is reminiscent of silken fabric. The watches are available in four color schemes: mandarin orange dial with red leather strap, white dial and ivory leather strap, lilac dial and white leather strap and Tahitian mother-of-pearl dial and étoupe leather strap. Each is limited to only 96 pieces.
DDF12 -44-SQ is the latest piece inspired by French racing watchmaker BRM. The case is machined in bars of titanium. The technical skill used when creating the timepiece is evidenced by the 18 different components utilized. This model features a titanium case with a skeleton dial and sapphire front and back with red, orange, black or white hands. Other colors are available through special order.
HYT has released the completely skeletonized H4 Alinghi. Complete with a lighting feature — two LEDs are hidden under the rider at six o’clock — the dial can be illuminated with white light. It is powered by an invisible generator located between four and five o’clock and can be turned on with a button located on the opposite side of the case. This timepiece features a 65-hour power reserve.
