The finest timepieces for the watch lover on your gift list.

Ulysse Nardin

Known for disrupting the horological world with its nautical-inspired pieces, Ulysse Nardin does it again with the Freak X Aventurine. With 405 parts, the Freak X Aventurine shows off hours and minutes with a flying carousel movement rotating around its own axis in a 43mm case. Incredibly impressive and visually striking, this is one for the ultimate watch collection.

Chopard’s Alpine Eagle in ethical 18-karat rose gold features a Pine Green dial and now options for Aletsch Blue, Bernina Grey or Absolute Black. The house’s 01.01-C self-winding movement is visible through a transparent sapphire case back with a 60-hour power reserve. This is a watch worth celebrating.

Arnold & Son

Consider adding Arnold & Son’s Luna Magna Ultimate II to your gift list. This high jewelry version of its three-dimensional 12mm moon model is accompanied by gem-setting proficiency with 7.62 carats of diamonds, including 112 baguette-cut diamonds in a 44mm case. Paraíba tourmalines provide blue-green tones bordering on turquoise. It’s a beauty.

Richard Mille

The celebrated watchmaker highlights its partnership with the legendary carmaker with the RM UP-01 Ferrari, an ultra-flat 41.45 x 28.85mm timepiece with a 1.18mm movement that breaks that mold.

Glashütte Original

There’s nothing more fashionable than function, as is the case with German watchmaker Glashütte Original’s PanoMaticLunar. The timepiece offers date, seconds and monophase with a 42-hour reserve in a 40mm case, with several dial colors, including a striking green with 18-karat red gold case.

H. Moser

H. Moser offers a new look for its Streamliner Tourbillon Vantablack with a gold 40mm case, and bracelet and dial made of carbon nanostructures that absorb 99.965% of all light. Floating at six o’clock, the one-minute flying tourbillon makes this timepiece a discreet center of attention.

HYT’s Mission Moon Runner Red Magma, with 72-hour power reserve, is limited to just 27 pieces. The watch features a 48mm diameter casing
– 52.3mm in length and 21.8mm thick – made from hydrocarbon and titanium, partially encased in red, topped with an anti-reflective coating, sapphire crystal glass dome. The black and red dial showcases a 3D-applied index and white luminescent numerals.

The new EVO Icy-Cool edition from MB&F comes in Grade 5 titanium with
an icy blue base plate, slate grey dial and opened counters. There is a darkened treatment on the movement side, creating contrast between the wheels, the rhodium-plated barrels, and the rose gold details – symbolically echoing the contrast between the active, contemporary nature of the EVO collection.
