From emeralds to rubies to diamonds and pearls, jewelry has the power to make iconic moments become forever memories.

Perroquet

This beautiful parrot ring in yellow gold is pavéd with 58 0.47-carats orange sapphires, 30 0.38-carat blue sapphires, 24 0.24-carat paraibas tourmalines and 24 0.19-carat emeralds. Part of Lalique’s La Divine tribute to Sarah Bernhardt, it honors the French stage and film actress who was known to travel with her favorite feathered friend.

Nagaur

French jeweler Boucheron has assembled a set of Japanese cultured pearls around a central motif of desert rock crystal and sand set with diamonds on white gold. Each element is stunning unto itself, but the trio elegantly culminates in an exquisite and unique piece.

Paradiso

Sixty-two mixed-size oval cabochon opals, 156.4 carats in total, blend with 38 rose-cut white diamonds, 6.47-carats in total, to create a one-of-a-kind bib necklace in 24-karat gold from Turkish designer Gurhan. The necklace is 15- to 17.5-inches long thanks to an adjustable extension chain in handmade 22-karat gold with a lobster clasp.

Palme Verte Pendant

Chopard’s Palme Verte collection brings you the Green Carpet Haute Joaillerie collection from Caroline Scheufele, whose friends and clients include the brightest stars from the big screen. Representing the house’s commitment to sustainable luxury, this palm pendant in 18-karat yellow Fairmined gold is on an 18-karat yellow-gold chain.

Seven Seas Flamant Corail

Paying tribute to the colorful, fuchsia-hued flamingo, this earrings-and-necklace set combines pink sapphires and diamonds. Like precious droplets, the pear-shaped stones complete the central motif in two different shades of coral. The bird’s body, remarkable for its curves clad in ethereal feathers, can become a clip — keeping with Van Cleef & Arpels’ tradition of transformable pieces. The matching earrings are crafted from round- and pear-shaped diamonds, pink sapphires, coral and gold.

Twisted Wires

Inspired by decorative patterns from Florence, Italy, this ring-and-necklace ensemble is crafted of 18-karat rose gold with diamonds and morganite. Bold and over-sized to express an old-world style with a modern twist, it comes from the Twisted Wires collection of rising star designer Lisa Nik.

Mango

Before becoming an artisan of the bench, Gurhan was a rock DJ, a restaurateur and a chef, as well as a theoretical mathematician. Although he didn’t work with gold until the age of 40, he is now known for his ability to use artisan techniques to create memorable pieces as evidenced by this hand-hammered 24-karat gold necklace called Mango.

Abellan

Inspired by Victorian-era coral necklaces that were worn by young children to protect them from harm, this adult version mixes in pink opals. The bib-style necklace also found influence in Egyptian broad collars and the glamour of mid-century Hollywood. Emeralds and diamonds are contrasted with pink tourmalines for a color-blocked look. A single black South Sea pearl provides a stunning surprise at the end.
