MARCY WILLIAMS PROMOTED TO CREW SERVICES MANAGER

For the past nine years, Marcy has been a dedicated and passionate member of the Northrop & Johnson Crew Services team. She has extensive industry knowledge and an exceptional knack for placing crew with the right yacht.

Marcy began her career in yachting as a stewardess in 1988. She worked on yachts until 1992, when she made the move ashore and began working at a yacht brokerage. She eventually joined Merrill-Stevens Crew placement and then found her home at Northrop & Johnson. During Marcy’s 29-year yachting career, she has cultivated a vast network of yacht captains and crewmembers and forged lifelong relationships, making her an integral part of the Northrop & Johnson team and allowing her to expertly match yachts and crewmembers.

Marcy’s friendly disposition, professional attitude and impressive level of industry knowledge ensure her success as Crew Services Manager.
