Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships Catherine Zazon Joins Northrop & Johnson

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to welcome Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships Catherine Zazon – also known as “Cat” — to its international team. Cat is based in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Cat received her Bachelor of Arts degree in strategic communication from Ohio State University in 2008. With more than a decade of experience working with a high-net-worth audience, her multi-level communication skills enable her to be proactive and productive when building meaningful partnerships. Cat is adept at creating unique marketing campaigns and activations to further enhance these partnerships. She also boasts new business acquisition and account retention and development skills that lead to lucrative opportunities.

Cat started her career as an executive assistant at Midtown Equities in New York City. She later joined Apollo Global Management as an executive assistant where she provided 24-7 support for private equity partners with daily needs, calendar management, and travel. In March 2014, she joined the NetJets family as a Sales Consultant, generating leads for outside sales executives through market research within New York and Florida territories. In August 2017, she was promoted to Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand & Partnerships. In this role, Cat initiated and managed relationships with partners to target ultra-high-net-worth individuals, while creating a strong brand presence and unified look in the marketplace.

Cat is now a member of Northrop & Johnson’s industry-leading in-house strategic partnerships team, which is responsible for maintaining relationships with exclusive luxury brands, including NetJets, Rolls-Royce, Northern Trust, Compass, Ulysse Nardin and Louis XIII, to name a few. The team facilitates the publishing of Northrop & Johnson’s Navigator magazine and oversees a variety of events and activations with partners, among other activities. Cat is a team player with a passion for bringing brands to life to help them innovate and differentiate themselves to drive new business and create brand awareness, ensuring she is an asset to Northrop & Johnson and its partners.
