VAIVEN Sold by Northrop & Johnson

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 114-foot (34.7m) Broward luxury motor yacht VAIVEN by Yacht Broker Elizabeth Swain, who represented the buyer.

VAIVEN is an impressive, highly spec’d motor yacht with full walk-around decks. She has been maintained to exemplary standards, benefitting from numerous upgrades, updates and refits since her launch and so she was handed over to her new owner in immaculate condition. Motor yacht VAIVEN is renowned for her reliability, her beautifully comfortable interior and her impressive level of performance. The yacht boasts a shallow draft of six feet, four inches that allows her to cruise almost anywhere. The yacht has a 24-foot beam.

VAIVEN is ideally suited for on-water activities. She boasts a fully integrated swim platform that provides easy access to the water. From here, guests can reach the main deck aft via twin staircases. This space has lounge seating and allows for alfresco dining. The main salon is forward of the main deck aft. It features floor-to-ceiling windows that not only provide incredible views but also flood the interior spaces with light. A semi-circle sofa, coffee table and accent chairs invite guests to sit down and relax in this space. The main salon also is outfitted with an entertainment system that includes a 40-inch flat-screen TV and an abundance of other amenities. Forward of the main salon is the formal custom-built dining table where the yacht’s new owner and guests can enjoy meals prepared in the country-kitchen-style galley.

The master stateroom of VAIVEN is located forward on the lower deck. It features a centerline king-size bed, entertainment facilities and an en-suite bathroom. The yacht’s three additional staterooms include two doubles with queen-size beds and one twin. Each stateroom aboard VAIVEN is well-appointed with its own en-suite bathroom. These staterooms welcome up to eight guests.

VAIVEN’s flybridge is the perfect place to lounge in the sunshine, relax in the Jacuzzi or dine alfresco. VAIVEN is ideally suited for enjoying time on the water with family and friends. And now she cruises onto her next adventure with her new owner.
