Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 76’ (23.17m) CNB Sailing Yacht XAIRA, with Yacht Broker Ann Avery representing the buyer. The last asking price was €3,150,000.

Designed by world-renowned naval architect Philippe Briand, XAIRA is a coveted blend of superb sailing performance, trending contemporary aesthetic and comfort. Launched in 2020, she carries a modern carbon mast and boom as well as carbon sails with a conventional hoist for the highest performance and long-distance voyaging. Stern and bow thrusters plus her four-blade folding propeller and 180hp Volvo engine allow easy maneuvering while the latest navigational technologies keep this performance sailing yacht on course.

Inside XAIRA is modern living at its best. Her raised main salon features a 180-degree view of the world outside through large windows which flood the area with natural light; coupled with a light interior finish and monochromatic furniture, a serene, inviting atmosphere is created.  Across from commodious couches on one side rests a lounge area with a table, flexible in that it orients various ways—perfect for guests to get together for a morning coffee or after an adventurous day at sea. XAIRA also features a HiFi and DVD home cinema, entertainment system in the saloon and wireless speakers to maximize guest enjoyment.

XAIRA’s three staterooms forward feature the same simple elegance carried throughout the yacht, each with an en-suite head. Twin guest stateroom beds can convert to a double bed. Crew accommodations consist of one single cabin at the bow and a large double captain’s cabin with ensuite head aft next to the galley. The aft galley also embodies XAIRA’s chic atmosphere with excellent appliances that allow a chef to turn out five-star meals to delight guests. Whether delectable treats from the galley are delivered inside or diners at the large telescoping table in the cockpit, guests can enjoy beautiful water views and the enchantment of alfresco dining.
