TEN II Sold

Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce the sale of the 52-foot (15.85m) Tiara Yachts Express Cruiser TEN II by Yacht Broker Tom Corkett, acting on behalf of the seller. The yacht was on the market for 37 days before it was sold.

TEN II is the model year 2001 Tiara Yachts Express Cruiser that was built in 2000. This well-maintained motor yacht is ideally suited for an owner/operator who will use the yacht for coastal cruising with family and friends. Multiple upgrades and updates have kept the yacht in top condition since her launch. She has benefitted from new paint, updated systems and more.

The interior spaces of TEN II are voluminous, welcoming and comfortable. The yacht’s main salon has a spacious U-shaped dinette and an L-shaped settee as well as a built-in entertainment center. Storage is plentiful aboard TEN II and overhead lighting can be dimmed to create whatever ambiance is desired. The main salon flows into the galley of TEN II, which is well-appointed with Corian countertops and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer.

Two staterooms aboard TEN II can accommodate up to seven guests. The owner’s stateroom is found forward of the main living area. It features a queen-size centerline bed, ample storage space and an adjoined master bathroom that is located to port. The additional guest stateroom is located aft, across from the main salon. It features twin beds that can convert to a queen. This stateroom has access to an adjoining bathroom that can be utilized as a dayhead.

The on-deck spaces of TEN II are ideally suited for enjoying life on the water with family and friends. Both the bridge deck and cockpit have custom teak decking. Two alfresco dining areas are available aboard the yacht. She also has an on-deck bar. Her foredeck is outfitted with sunpads and kayak racks.
