SAILING YACHT TARONGA NOW FOR SALE WITH NORTHROP & JOHNSON

The 97-foot (29.69m) sailing yacht TARONGA is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Sales Broker Hugo van Schaik. She is listed for $1,300,000.

TARONGA is number six of only 11 Maxi 88s built between 1989 and 2005 at the CIM shipyard in Rochefort, France; she was launched in 1991. Designed by the renowned designers Sparkman and Stephens, she is well appointed and able to travel the world’s oceans.

Between 2013 and 2014, the sailing yacht underwent extensive modifications; in 2017, she received an exterior and interior refit, rendering her in superb condition.

TARONGA’s handcrafted interior showcases classic elegance and provides a spectacular space for entertaining or relaxing. The yacht can accommodate six guests in three staterooms, each with its own en-suite bath. She also has accommodations for three crewmembers.

Boasting a 45-square-meter cockpit, TARONGA provides a delightful space for dining alfresco or just unwinding and taking in the views. Her unique hydraulic swim/dive platform enables easy boarding of tender and/or dive equipment.
