NORTHROP & JOHNSON PALMA OFFICE SELLS SIX YACHTS IN JULY

The 118-foot (36m) CNL luxury motor yacht SAUDADES, built in 1981, was sold by Northrop & Johnson Sales Brokers Joost Goverts and Ed Dickinson (of the Antibes office). They acted on behalf of the seller. The yacht was on the market with Northrop & Johnson for only six months before it sold.

Sales Broker Jochen Brill sold the 100-foot (30.5m) Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht SKIPPER; he acted on behalf of the seller. SKIPPER is the ideal yacht for long-distance cruising. She has three cabins, welcoming six guests aboard.

The 77-foot (23.4m) Azimut 77S motor yacht GOOD YEAR III was sold by Sales Broker Michael Graff, acting on behalf of the buyer. This striking Italian build has clean lines and ample storage for tenders and water toys.

Sales Broker Simon Turner sold the Swan 65 HARDSHIP III; he acted on behalf of the seller. This 64-foot (19.68m) “tall rig” version of the Swan 65 ketch has many semi-custom features and details that when combined with her variety of updates, makes her a unique and attractive yacht.

Sales Broker Simon Turner sold the 56 Swan MOONDANCE. This 56-foot (17m) sailing yacht was sold by Simon in May 2010 and renamed SIGRID, sold again by Simon in November 2011 and renamed MOONDANCE. He has now sold this yacht for the third time; he acted on behalf of the buyer.

Sales Broker Simon Turner also sold the 44-foot (13.39m) Oy Nautor Ab sailing yacht CYGNET. He acted on behalf of the buyer and seller.
