The 117-foot (35.66m) CRESCENT 117 was launched in mid-December by Crescent Custom Yachts. This custom-built, Greg Marshall-designed motor yacht will undergo her sea trials before making her world premiere at the 2020 Seattle Boat Show where she will be on display for the first time — the show runs from January 24 to February 1, 2020. CRESCENT 117 will make her Canadian debut on February 5, 2020, at the Vancouver Boat Show. She is listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Brokers Wes Sanford and Todd Rittenhouse.
An ideal combination of elegance and performance, the CRESCENT 117 is now ready for her first owner. She is attractively priced as buyers can take advantage of the Canadian dollar exchange rate, a rarity for owners interested in purchasing new-build yachts.
CRESCENT 117’s deck spaces are resplendent and well suited for the on-water lifestyle. From the vast lounge space and Jacuzzi on the flybridge to the aft deck’s alfresco dining table, there is so much to enjoy.
This versatile, stylish motor yacht features an array of options for entertaining and relaxing. Her modern interior features clean lines and striking aesthetics. Large windows in this space provide ambient light and impressive views. The yacht’s interior spaces also comprise high-quality fabrics, soft goods and joinery.
CRESCENT 117 will welcome up to 10 guests in five impressive staterooms, including a full-beam master stateroom that features a king-size bed, ample closet space and Jacuzzi tub in the en-suite bathroom. The yacht features two VIP staterooms and two doubles. All staterooms have en-suite bathrooms. CRESCENT 117 runs with five crewmembers who are accommodated in three cabins.
In addition to her exemplary style and high level of comfort, CRESCENT 117 will offer her owner an impressive level of performance. She will cruise at 20 knots and has a top speed of 25 knots. She also features Zero Speed stabilizers.
