Posted May 23, 2018 in Brokerage & New Build by Morgan Crowe

GRAND ILLUSION is a race-ready sailing yacht built in 1986 by Sana Cruz. The sailing yacht has an exceptional race history holding the elapsed time record for the Victoria-to-Maui race for 16 years as well as winning the Transpac Race to Hawaii three times.

In 2017, the yacht received six new spinnakers, new racing bottom paint, B&G H500 Instrumentation, five 30-by-30 displays mounted on the mast and running rigging — ensuring she is ready to continue her sailing legacy.

GRAND ILLUSION’s interior features all the necessities and is able to accommodate eight guests in seven adjustable berths and a double berth.
