Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 110-foot (33.53m) EXIT STRATEGY by Sales Broker Kristen Klein, who represented the seller.
Broward Yachts built EXIT STRATEGY in 1994. The yacht showcases an exceptional layout and shallow draft, which makes her ideal for cruising with family and friends in The Bahamas.
Caroline Dunlap at Yacht Dzign transformed the interior of the yacht with an approximately $750,000 refit that was completed in 2018. Upgrades included new wall coverings, flooring, headliner, galley appliances and cabinetry refacing, to name a few. EXIT STRATEGY’s new interior glistens with chic, modern styling. The yacht showcases a neutral color palette that is perfectly accentuated by pops of colorful accessories to create a welcoming ambiance. The motor yacht’s open concept main salon with a bar aft and dining forward provides the ideal space for entertaining.
EXIT STRATEGY offers accommodations for nine guests in four beautifully appointed staterooms. The luxury motor yacht features a full-beam master stateroom, a queen VIP and two twin-bed staterooms with one having a Pullman berth. Each stateroom is complete with its own en-suite bath with shower stalls and Corian countertops. The master stateroom and a twin-bed stateroom are accessed via a stairway at the forward of the main salon while the other two staterooms are accessed via a stairway in the aft main salon— this exceptional accommodation layout allows for extra privacy.
The yacht’s flybridge offers ample space for spending days hanging out and relaxing. The space features an abundance of seating, alfresco dining, a grill and a wet bar. Aft, the flybridge has space for two WaveRunners and a davit. On EXIT STRATEGY’s main deck aft are a lovely seating area and alfresco dining.
