December 2018 to January 2019 Sales Round Up

MOKA 
The 138-foot (42.2m) Sanlorenzo MOKA was sold by Sales Broker Derk Jan Rolff, acting on behalf of the buyer. The superyacht was built for adventure offering the capabilities to explore the world’s oceans in plush comfort. it showcases striking explorer lines, by exterior designer Francesco Paszkowski and a chic, luxurious interior.

BRIO
The 125-foot (38.1m) Heesen BRIO was sold by Sales Brokers Joe Foggia and Ed Sacks, acting on behalf of the seller. Having received an extensive refit in 2018, the superyacht is in excellent condition. The yacht showcases a chic interior, which allows for effortless entertaining as well as intimate gathering. 

FRUTION II
The 113-foot (34.34m) sailing yacht FRUITION II was sold by Sales Broker Joost Goverts, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. Built by Nautor Swan, the sailing yacht is easy to sail and no stranger to regattas, having won several prizes at the Bucket Regattas and the Palma Superyacht Regatta. 

ST JEAN II
The 94-foot (28.5m) ST JEAN II was sold by Sales Broker Jochen Brill, acting on behalf of the seller. Sophisticated and timeless, this Jongert sailing yacht II was designed to sail the world’s oceans while offering luxurious comfort. She was built in 1984 and has received multiple refits including a refit in 2018.

LA DOLCE VITA
The 84-foot (26m) LA DOLCE VITA was sold by Sales Broker Derk Jan Rolff, acting on behalf of the buyer. The motor yacht was launched in 1999 by Moonen and designed by the renowned exterior designers at Mulder Design BV. 

TEREZA
The 75-foot (22.86m) Lazzara TEREZA was sold by Sales Broker Steve Elario, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. The motor yacht is stylish, sleek, contemporary and boasts a top speed of 30 knots. TEREZA is ideally suited for enjoying all that life on the water has to offer.

SIXTEEN TONS
The 71-foot (21.6m) SIXTEEN TONS was sold in-house by Sales Broker Jochen Brill, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. The sailing yacht showcases sophisticated styling and superior elegance. She was built by North Wind in 2007 and refitted in 2014.

WENDY LEAH
The 59-foot (18m) Marquis WENDY LEAH was sold by Sales Broker Philip Bell, acting on behalf of the buyer.  

PAKILAR
The 56-foot (17.1m) PAKILAR was sold by Sales Broker Simon Turner, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. Launcher by Nauta Yachts in 1989, the sailing yacht boasts classic styling throughout. 

CAVALIER
The 36-foot (11m) Sabre CAVALIER was sold by Sales Broker Jonathan Chapman, acting on behalf of the buyer. 

ONCE AROUND
The 29-foot (8.8m) Jeanneau ONCE AROUND was sold by Sales Broker, Brian Commette, acting on behalf of the buyer.
