Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the 122′ (37m) luxury motor yacht CRESCENDO IV has been leased through donation by Yacht Broker Kristen Klein.
Built by the American shipyard Delta Marine in 1997, CRESCENDO IV is a beautiful example of a luxury yacht with ample spaces for entertaining, both indoor and outdoor. The yacht underwent a significant refit in 2020, bringing her to an excellent condition with upgrades like a new custom marble entryway and foyer, a new flybridge Jacuzzi, and Zero Speed stabilizers. Her four-stateroom layout comprises a master suite with a king-size bed, a VIP with a king-size bed, and two queen guest staterooms that accommodate up to eight guests, each showcasing elegant styling and high-quality finishes.
CRESCENDO IV’s light, airy and stylish main salon makes a fantastic first impression as guests step aboard. Generous windows line the space allowing a constant flow of natural light. Rich wood accents complement the color palette of neutrals and soft blues. A dedicated formal dining area for eight can be found forward of the main seating area. Further aft, an enclosed main deck offers additional updated seating areas with large televisions and a built-in bar area without guests having to be fully exposed to the elements.
CRESCENDO IV’s lively skylounge is a hub of entertainment with a pool table and a wet bar, while her flybridge offers a Jacuzzi, sunloungers and an impressive alfresco dining setup. An expanded lounge space behind the driving station provides an additional area to relax and enjoy the landscapes.
