Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 111’ (33.83m) motor yacht INDEPENDENCE 3 by Yacht Broker John Slate, representing the seller. The yacht was last asking $1,690,000.

Delivered in 1997 by Broward, the luxury motor yacht underwent an extensive refit in 2017, boasting updates and upgrades throughout courtesy of renowned designer Patrick Knowles. The yacht’s aluminum hull and ultra-modern stabilization system ensure comfort when underway. INDEPENDENCE 3 is seaworthy with a 3,000-nautical-mile range, cruising comfortably at 17 knots with a maximum speed of 21 knots. This luxury yacht is the perfect combination of modern elegance, comfort and practicality. 

The layout is expertly designed for optimal guest comfort and entertainment. Luxury yacht INDEPENDENCE 3’s main salon features an abundance of seating options for guests to utilize for dining and socializing. The motor yacht also features a double VIP stateroom forward and two convertible midship twin staterooms, each with two Pullmans. An en-suite bathroom accompanies each additional stateroom.

INDEPENDENCE 3 features an expansive flybridge for guests to socialize and enjoy the alfresco lifestyle. The motor yacht’s flybridge features tons of seating, sunpads, open-air dining and a wet bar. Tender storage for the yacht’s 16’ (5m) Novurania tender is located aft.
