Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 100′ (30m) luxury sailing yacht VARSOVIE by Yacht Brokers Joost Goverts and Sean McCarter, representing the seller. The yacht was last asking €3,950,000. 

VARSOVIE is a reliable and truly epic sailing yacht built for life on the water. Delivered in 2008 by Nautor’s Swan, VARSOVIE is as impressive and beautiful as they come. She is the epitome of a luxury sailing yacht built for high-performance racing enthusiasts looking to sail anywhere in the world. This yacht is a member of Nautor’s Swan’s 100 raised salon model and has been expertly maintained throughout her years. 

The interior spaces of VARSOVIE are the perfect balance of beauty and functionality. Her impressive main salon allows for a constant flow of natural light courtesy of the large windows. Guests can relax after a long day of sailing on the comfortable sofa to port or enjoy a meal on the dining table to starboard. VARSOVIE welcomes up to eight guests in four well-appointed staterooms. Two impressive cabins are located aft with comfortable beds and lots of storage space. The third stateroom features convertible twin beds, while the bunked forward stateroom offers space for two more guests. A crew of four can be accommodated onboard in two crew cabins.

VARSOVIE’s deck spaces are celebrated for their expansive yet welcoming layout. A cozy seating area is in the middle of the deck and is covered by a fixed Bimini. Guests can dine alfresco and take in the passing landscapes while still being shaded from the sun. The aft transom garage stores the tender. When the door is folded out, it can be used as a place to relax and be even closer to the water.
