Summary
Bosun position - 50m - Motor yacht
Description
We are looking for an amazing Bosun to join a 50m busy private/charter M/Y.
Must have excellent references and have the below skills, certificates and characteristics. Solid well run program with two amazing Captains. Crew of 11 that work solidly as a team. Healthy, active, sporty crew dynamic.
- All relevant STCW certificates.
- Yachtmaster offshore.
- Bridge navigational watch keeping experience.
- Must be a true Waterman
- Padi Divemaster - vessel has a dive station onboard and plans to conduct multiple scuba diving excursions in Galapagos, Costa Rica and Panama.
- A solid background in fishing with keen interest - will be leading excursions to take guests fishing.
- Ample experience operating large tenders. 45ft
- Experience with lifting and tow operations.
- Any additional skills and interests such as surfing and kitesurfing.
- Must possess a great attitude with solid work ethic!!!
Salary: $5k depending on experience.
Start: Immediate for the right candidate
38 days leave.
13th month bonus.
Standard MLC contract
Even split of tips - Vessel is doing 10-12 weeks per year at this year
