My Present 
My name is Lina, and I am a crew services associate for Northrop & Johnson, based in Barcelona, Spain.

My Past
I grew up in Sweden and joined yachting as a crew member in 2007 as a junior stewardess on a high-profile charter yacht, which is where my love for yachting blossomed. I spent the next seven years working aboard yachts of various sizes, eventually working my way up to chief stewardess. When life on land called. I decided to transition my career into crew placement in 2014 and started working for Elite Crew International in Barcelona. I joined Northrop & Johnson Crew Services in early 2021. As a former crewmember, my experience provides a solid base for my current role. I genuinely enjoy providing guidance and sharing my own experiences when assisting crew in their searches for new positions. I am very outgoing, with a kind and open personality. I take great pleasure in every opportunity to interact with crew, captains and owners. My passion for yachting has spanned my entire career and has transitioned from working aboard yachts myself to helping others find their perfect placement aboard yachts.

 My Future
I hope to continue growing my client base and working with this wonderful team of NoJos.

My Outside-office Life
Outside of the office, I am a mom and an owner of a French bulldog. I enjoy anything that allows me to have an active lifestyle, with hobbies from cooking and reading to rollerblading and traveling.
