Breaking Ground in Miami and Fort Lauderdale's Hottest Luxury Real Estate Market

If you’re in the market for a new place to hang your hat, you’re in luck. These two sunny spots, Aston Martin Residences in Miami and 321 at Water’s Edge in Fort Lauderdale both make exceptional spots to nest.

Aston Martin Residences will be the first real estate project for the iconic British automaker. The 66-story tower will overlook Miami’s Biscayne Bay. Units will feature white marble floors in all living spaces, kitchens and bathrooms. Ten-foot ceilings are standard in all residences; 12-foot in all penthouses. The floor plans and layouts are expansive, offering incredible volume. Floor-to-ceiling windows will provide incredible views of Miami’s skyline and sliding glass doors will lead to balconies that allow residents to enjoy Miami’s balmy temperatures. The kitchens will be outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and bathrooms will feature custom Italian designs. The interior will be outfitted in signature Aston Martin style. The tower also will have two private lobbies, a full spa and a two-story gym/fitness center, in addition to a children’s area, an art gallery, a “micro-cinema,” and an infinity pool located on the 55th floor — all in the heart of the city. A full-service building concierge will be available, as will a 24-hour valet and covered-garage self-parking.

The building was designed with a roof-top helipad, state-of-the-art business center and an art gallery and art lobby, to mention only a few amenities. Additionally, it will offer a superyacht marina and will come complete with “The Aston Martin Club” membership. Not only will the building be beautiful from within, but its exterior detailing will also add an exciting accent to the Miami skyline. The tower will be shaped like a sail thanks to Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger.

Construction is set to begin in the fall of 2017. Prices for residences will range from $2,000,000 to $8,500,000; penthouses will command $50,000,000 and up. Aston Martin Residences is slated for completion in 2020.

As its name alludes, 321 at Water’s Edge is indeed located at the water’s edge. Found on Fort Lauderdale’s barrier island, it is flanked by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
