In 2009, Abeking & Rasmussen launched the 196'1"' (60m) SCOTT FREE. Previously sailing under the name of Elysian, she is a sleek motor yacht, and a popular choice for luxury charters. Her impressive interior is the work of Bannenberg & Rowell, while her distinctive exterior styling came from Donald Starkey. Huge space inside combines with the finest furnishings and finishes. SCOTT FREE cruises at 14 knots and has a top speed of 16 knots. Advanced stabilizers ensure comfort afloat at all times. The year following her launch, 2010, SCOTT FREE gained attention at international awards. She was the winner of the Best Power 40m-65m category at the International Superyacht Society Awards and a finalist at a handful of other international awards.

One of the popular places for guests to socialize is the state-of-the-art skylounge. Out on deck, the guests can enjoy long, lazy days on the sun loungers, soaking in the large Jacuzzi on the sundeck, and enjoying the finest cuisine. The chef serves up inspired dishes tailored to the tastes of the guests. At the end of each captivating charter day, the guests retire to six luxurious staterooms. These comprise a main-deck master stateroom complete with its own office, a VIP stateroom, two twin cabins, and two convertible cabins.

SCOTT FREE is a popular sight cruising the Mediterranean in the summer months. She favors the Amalfi Coast and French Riviera, and the islands of Corsica, and Sardinia. In winter, she introduces her guests to the finest spots in the Caribbean, including Antigua, the Bahamas, St Maarten, and St Barth. A crew of 16 is on hand at all times, and the yacht’s many water toys keep guests active on the ocean.
