Delivered in 2000, the 85’ (25.91m) Azimut GRAVITY is a beautiful yacht outfitted with all the amenities for a safe, comfortable and luxurious voyage. She has benefitted from a multitude of upgrades through the years, including a full refit that modernized the yacht and added a new electrical system that promises the owner limitless possibilities on cruising destinations. She underwent a $30,000 interior refit by Mary Mahoney and received additional updates, including new carpeting and new additions to the galley. GRAVITY is a wonderful example of a classic Azimut yacht, designed and built for guest enjoyment.
As guests step aboard GRAVITY from the aft deck, they will first notice an alfresco dining setup, perfect for enjoying a casual meal with the ocean as a backdrop. Entering the main salon via a curved sliding glass door, you will be greeted by stunning custom cherry woodwork that brings a sense of warmth to the space. Two custom leather settees are situated to port and starboard, perfect for guests to gather in a comfortable area to relax and enjoy a movie. The paneled ceilings with recessed lighting add a subtle, elegant feel, with natural light flowing in from the surrounding windows. A formal dining space is further forward when indoor dining is desired. To port is the well-appointed galley, equipped with everything needed to create delicious meals onboard. A sliding tambour partition allows the space to be closed off from the salon for extra privacy when needed. The pilothouse features a beautiful helm station and a large dinette with a leather settee, cherry wood table and seating for up to five guests.
GRAVITY welcomes nine guests in four comfortable staterooms. The large full-beam master suite is a vision of refined luxury. Beautiful gloss cherry woodwork adorns the walls making the cabin feel warm and welcoming. The stateroom boasts a queen-size berth with built-in nightstands, a curved leather settee, vanity station and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features marble floors, double sinks and chic gold hardware for an elevated look. The yacht’s additional accommodations comprise a spacious VIP with a queen-size berth and two guest cabins, each with twins and a Pullman. The guest cabin to starboard features a built-in office workspace opposite the twin berth. Her clever layout makes her perfect for those traveling with couples or children.
GRAVITY’s exterior deck spaces are just as comfortable as her interior. Her tender garage houses a 2016 11’ FBG Brigs tender, Sea Nymph Bob, two Yamaha Scout Explorers and a Bauer Dive compressor. Her flybridge welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi, or sit and relax in the spacious seating area. Those who prefer sunbathing can head to the bow and layout on the expansive sunpads while admiring the passing views.
From the aft deck, you enter the main salon via a curved sliding glass door. You are greeted by custom cherry woodwork throughout, two custom leather settees to the port and starboard with indirect lighting underneath.
GRAVITY has four well-appointed staterooms each with ensuite heads with custom carpeting and paneled ceilings with recessed lighting. The formal dining area is forward of the seating area and to starboard, with the galley to the port. Forward to starboard is the curved stairs leading down to the master, VIP and guest staterooms. The crew quarters are aft and will accommodate three crew comfortably, allowing for complete privacy for the owner and guests.
Enter the main salon from the aft deck via curved sliding glass doors. Subtle elegance abounds with beautiful custom cherry woodwork, curved leather couches, custom carpeting, paneled ceilings with recessed lighting and coordinated roman shades over expansive tempered glass windows.
The well-appointed galley is situated off the main salon and is equipped with a sliding tambor partition to close it off from the salon when necessary. The galley features marble countertops, built in Frigo-Boat refrigeration, cherry cabinetry, and new appliances.
The large full beam master situated amidships offers a feeling of refined luxury. The wood is enveloped in beautiful gloss cherry woodwork and boasts a queen size berth with built-in nightstands. A curved suede leather settee, vanity station, walk in closet, entertainment center and custom recessed lighting.
Master Head:
The spacious VIP stateroom is situated forward and boasts custom cherry woodwork and a queen berth with his and hers nightstands.
VIP Head:
Accessed via watertight door at the port side deck, the crew quarters is aft of the engine room and features two cabins that sleeps three comfortably. There is two full heads with shower and stacked washer/dryer.
The well laid out pilothouse features a beautiful helm station equipped with MTU gauges. To the port there is a large and comfortable dinette with leather settee, cherry wood table and seating for five with overhead recessed lighting.
The engine room is accessed via a watertight door to the port and forward of the crew quarters. It is highlighted by two MTU 2000s and two 32kW Kohler generators installed new in 2016.

The previous owner spent over $200,000 updating GRAVITY which included installing two new 32kW Kohler generators, new hot water heater, dive compressor, MBR 1400/Wave WiFi and a $30,000 interior refit by Mary Mahoney included new cabinetry, two new SeaKeepers, new paint (top side and hull), underwater lights and the latest entertainment, new carpeting throughout and installed a Kitchen-Aid, side by side dual refrigerator with below freezer drawer in galley. The refit also includes a new electrical system allowing the owner limitless possibilities on cruising destinations, in addition to a new remote control docking system which allows the entire yacht to be run from any location including the dock.
