An esteemed trinity of yachting excellence came together in 2006 to create the elegant sloop PRANA. The builder was Alloy Yachts, interior design was undertaken by Redman Whiteley Dixon Design and naval architecture was take care of by Dubois Naval Architects in the UK. The result was this aluminum-hulled 169.7-foot (51.7m) luxury superyacht.
Sleeping up to 10 guests in five staterooms, PRANA has a cruising capacity for 12 guests. Charters take place in the winter and summer in the West Mediterranean. Areas include the French Riviera and Monaco, the Italian coastline, Sardinia and Sicily. Cruising at a speed of 12 knots, she can reach a maximum of 14 knots and has a range of 5,000 nautical miles.
THE FINEST ACCOMMODATION
PRANA has been lovingly taken care of over the years. This has extended from her superstructure and decks to her sails, mast and rigging and interior decoration.
Guests can expect the finest accommodation. The king-sized master stateroom spans the full beam of the yacht. Thanks to its generous volume it is able to accommodate a leather-toped desk, a concealed television, plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom.
Also accessed from a central lobby are four guest staterooms. Two are queen-sized with a settee, the remaining two are both twins. Beautiful design features include cream silk carpets and bathrooms highlighted with green glass and white marble.
A LIFE OF LUXURY ON BOARD
As well as yoga equipment and a rowing machine, there is a great complement of watersports equipment. This includes kayaks, paddleboards, SeaBobs, skis, and towables. Guests can also make the most of the ocean with scuba and snorkeling gear and fishing equipment. Entertainment aboard is well taken care of with cutting-edge sound systems and even a Karaoke system. There is also a deck Jacuzzi, plenty of entertainment and relaxation areas and excellent service provided by the first-class crew.
