ASAHI is the 183.9-foot (56m) Perini Navi, built in 2009 and refitted in 2022/2023. A striking ketch, her naval architecture is by Perini Navi and Ron Holland, with interior design by Rémi Tessier. This elegant yacht is a highly popular choice for those wanting great looks and excellent sailing performance. ASAHI sleeps 12 guests in six cabins and is available for regular charters, as well as night cruising and overnight anchoring on special request. Her usual operating areas include the Caribbean in winter and numerous Mediterranean destinations in summer. These range from Albania, Sardinia, Sicily and the Italian coastlines to Greece, Croatia, the Balearic islands, Turkey, Slovenia and the Provence coast – among others.
ASAHI is a well-loved yacht and has been beautifully maintained. A 2022/2023 refit saw extensive work done inside and out. As such, guests can enjoy every comfort and amenity they could wish for.
There are three double and three twin staterooms, all decorated with serene style in mind. Her full-beam master stateroom on the lower deck has its own vanity and seating areas, plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a large bath and separate shower. Her complement of six staterooms includes two VIP cabins.
Throughout the guest accommodation and social areas, décor is calming and tasteful, with neutral colors, state-of-the-art entertainment systems and plenty of natural daylight.
ASAHI has alfresco lounges aft and forward of the mizzen mast. Aft of the mizzen, she also has an oversized Jacuzzi. The aft cockpit, meanwhile, is the place to go for outdoor dining and relaxation. A deck below on the lower deck, a hydraulic swim platform offers guests easy access to the water. And the yacht has a truly impressive array of tenders and toys to make the most of this. A Yamaha FZR WaveRunner Jet Ski, two SeaBobs, paddleboards, surfboards, wakeboards and water skis abound. There’s also a great choice of spear-fishing, snorkeling and diving equipment.
