The 278.1-foot (85m) O’PTASIA is the largest and most technically advanced yacht to be built by Golden Yachts. Working in collaboration with Italian-based designers Studio Vafiadis, the owner and his team created the perfect charter yacht for luxury living.
Ideal for large groups of family or friends, O’PTASIA offers a host of entertainment options both on and off the water. Extensive deck spaces feature a wide range of amenities including an enormous beach club and spa/wellness center on the lower deck, a large pool flanked by sun pads and a fully-equipped gym on the bridge deck. She also has large lounging, alfresco dining and sunbathing areas on all her aft decks. A touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck of the bridge deck can also be converted to a sunbathing area or used for sports or as an observation platform.
Timelessly styled, O’PTASIA’s interior features a blend of dark woods, including ebony, paired with a light color palette that evokes a sense of calm. The large, open-plan main salon hosts two seating areas and a separate dining area forward, while the upper deck salon features a comfortable lounging area and bar.
Accommodating up to 22 guests in 11 cabins, O’PTASIA’s master suite is located on the upper deck and affords guests’ 180-degree views. A twin cabin is located adjacent to the master so that the lead charterer’s children can be accommodated close by. The upper deck also hosts a further two double cabins. The full beam VIP stateroom is located forward on the main deck with a private cinema room, and a further four double cabins (two of which are convertible to twin cabins), can also be found at this level. Guest and crew elevators provide access between all four decks, as does the magnificent guest staircase and separate crew staircase, thus allowing the crew to move about with ease without disturbing guests.
Powered by twin 3,516hp Caterpillar diesel engines, O’PTASIA has a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. The built-in stabilizer system ensures a smooth cruising experience, both underway and at anchor.
