The 92-foot (28.04m) motor yacht NORDIC STAR is an all-around timeless yacht that showcases classic exterior lines designed by famed naval architect Jack Hargrave. This yacht was built in 1969, but a 2015 refit ensures her modern luxuries and electronics. The cockpit motor yacht’s recently refitted interior is a bright space that showcases a classic styling with an understated nautical theme. The interior is adorned with beautifully crafted satin finished teak joinery and charming, comfortable furnishings. NORDIC STAR features a cozy salon that is ideal for relaxing and socializing with friends. Just forward of the salon is a formal dining and further forward is a well-equipped, updated galley with stainless steel countertops and dual sinks.
NORDIC STAR welcomes up to six guests in the comfort of three well-appointed staterooms. The luxury yacht showcases an amidships full-beam master suite with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Located aft of the master are two twin bed staterooms with en-suite bathrooms. NORDIC STAR also has accommodations for four crewmembers forward. The crew quarters consist of a galley/lounge area, a captain’s cabin and a crew cabin with three berths. There is an additional crew berth located in the crew’s lounge.
This luxury classic motor yacht showcases lovely outdoor living areas for guest enjoyment. NORDIC STAR features a large covered aft deck with two teak hi-lo tables and two built-in settees that make the space perfect for alfresco dining with friends. In 2019, a Strataglass enclosure was installed to allow the space to be enjoyed on cooler days. Forward, the foredeck houses the yacht’s two RIB tenders. It also has a built-in seating area, room for additional deck chairs and access to the crow’s nest.

NORDIC STAR features a three stateroom layout plus crew quarters for up to five. The recently refitted interior features classic styling consistent with the timeless lines of the yacht. The main salon is bright and open with satin finished teak joinery, teak and holly sole, with an understated nautical theme décor and soft goods. The salon consists of a lounge area aft and formal dining forward. The galley is located on the main deck forward of the salon, featuring recently updated equipment, stainless steel countertops and dual sinks. The accommodations are accessed via a companionway from the main salon, consisting of a full beam master stateroom and two guest staterooms, each with twin berths. The crew quarters are located on the lower deck forward, allowing for maximum separation from the guest areas. The crew area consists of a crew mess/lounge area, captain's stateroom, one crew stateroom, with an additional crew berth in the lounge.

A fixture in Newport Beach for over 50 years, NORDIC STAR was designed by famous naval architect Jack Hargrave and built in 1969 at Lantana Boatyard in Florida. Upon delivery, she was shipped to the West Coast, where she has remained ever since.
NORDIC STAR underwent a major refit in 2014/2015 under the current ownership. In addition to a completely new interior, galley equipment, davit system, two RIB tenders, Furuno electronics and necessary safety upgrades in order to obtain a Coastwise Certificate of Inspection for up to 50 passengers.
A true classic, NORDIC STAR must be seen to be fully appreciated.
