Launched by Benetti Yachts in 2009, AFRICAN QUEEN is a classic tri-deck luxury yacht with timeless exterior styling. She was meticulously refitted in 2019 when her main engines received their W5 services, the stabilizers were overhauled and the AV/IT systems were upgraded. Powered by twin MTU engines, AFRICAN QUEEN cruises comfortably at 13 knots with a maximum speed of 16 knots.
The interior of this motor yacht is warm and welcoming, marked by palatial pillars, contemporary décor and comfortable seating. The neutral palette of her main salon balances nicely with the natural light provided by large windows and light oak interior detailing. Here, guests can congregate and socialize with drinks in hand from the central service bar. Forward of the main salon rests the main dining area and a galley outfitted with the latest appliances.
AFRICAN QUEEN welcomes 11 guests aboard in five sumptuous staterooms. The full-beam master cabin is splendid with a plush king-size berth, 180-degree views, a private study, a walk-in closet and a gorgeous en-suite bath with dual sinks. She additionally highlights four luxurious guest cabins located on the lower deck, including two twin cabins, one with a Pullman and two VIP suites with double beds. Each guest cabin is accompanied by charming aesthetics and en-suite bathrooms. AFRICAN QUEEN can host a crew of up to seven crewmembers aboard.
She also features a delightful, stylish skylounge. This space is marked by abundant seating, ample room for entertainment and an easy-access service bar. It also features a dayhead with a shower for guests to rejuvenate after an exciting day at sea.
Dedicated to comfort, adventure and safety, AFRICAN QUEEN’s exterior spaces champion the alfresco lifestyle. On her main deck aft, guests are welcomed by a large plush sofa and additional seating – the perfect place to start their journey. Her sundeck is enticing, offering a split layout for on-water enjoyment. Forward is the perfect place for guests to rest mid-cruise. Aft, guests can reside in the shade under the Bimini or in the sun via the sunpads. The garage doors of AFRICAN QUEEN lower to create a large swim platform for toy usage and water-based activities.
Commercially compliant with an enviable charter following, luxury yacht for sale, AFRICAN QUEEN, is the perfect choice for your next adventure at sea.
