Ubiquitous is a prime example of a one-owner yacht that has been impeccably maintained throughout her ownership. She has only been used privately and always kept a full-time, professional crew. Delivered to her owner in 2012, the Westport 112 series is a proven model that has commanded consistent demand over the years amongst buyers. She has recently returned to US waters having cruised around Australia, a demonstration itself of her versatility.

She can accommodate up to 8 guests in four, well-appointed cabins, all en-suite. There is a full beam owners’ suite with a king size bed, walk-in-wardrove & his and her en-suite bathrooms. Below deck, a VIP suite is located forward with a private entrance and 2 additional guest cabins (1 double, 1 twin).

In the engine room we have twin MTU 16V2000 engines, capable of 25 knots with an estimated cruising speed of 18 knots. At slower speeds her range is impressive for a yacht her size, around the 3000 nm mark. Both engines have just under 4200 hours (July 2022) & the 4000 service / rebuilds was completed. Two Northern Lights 65kW Gens (Port 9600, Stbd 9740) are in great shape & fully serviced. She also has the benefit of operating with 50 or 60 Hz- a rare feature.
