This 105' Intermarine Motor Yacht OUTTA TOUCH has been meticulously maintained with the following upgrades:
The bar area is located forward with high top seating for four persons. The bar has a sink area, ice maker, and wine cooler. Just aft to port and starboard are custom couches with storage beneath. Storage coffee tables are located in front of both couches. Aft center of the salon are two swivel chairs. A 52" Sony Bravia Flat Screen TV is located on the aft center wall. Aft entry doors are located on both port and starboard sides. (TV/DVD/Satellite TV/iPOD connections and Bose Stereo).
Centerline queen size berth with upholstered headboard and port and starboard two drawer nightstands with burl tops. Below the berth are four large drawers, two port, two starboard. Above the berth on the forward bulkhead are three beveled mirror panels with a sconce light both port and starboard.
Ensuite to the VIP is the private head. The sole of the head is white slab marble with lapis trim. The vanity has a burled bow front with two cherry doors below and a Corian seamless sink and countertop above. A beveled mirror with two Halogen mini spots in the soffit above provide excellent lighting. The stall shower has a tempered glass door with two sidelights, a seat, a light and wall mounted fixture. Equipped with a full size head and toilet.
Twin lower bunks and two storage drawers beneath each bunk. Three drawer nightstand between with a brass swing arm lamp above. Each berth has a Halogen reading light in the overhead. Above the headboard is an attractive blend of mirror, silk paneling and high gloss cherry. Outboard if the berth is a small shelf below and a large shadowbox with Roman shade to cover the large opening porthole.
Next aft is a two door hanging locker with cedar lining, fluorescent light and digital AC controls within. Below are two large storage drawers.
Four overhead mini spots, and a full size dressing mirror on the back side of the entry door. On the aft bulkhead is the door to the ensuite head and a Sharp Aquos 12" LCD TV. In the closet is a Panasonic VR/DVD player combo.

Just aft of the Starboard Cabin is the private ensuite head. The sole is white marble with a creme colored marble border. The vanity has a bow front with two cabinets below and a Corian seamless sink with two town faucets above. There is a beveled mirror with two Halogen mini spots in a soffit and a medicine cabinet above the toilet. Full size head Hunter toilet.
The stall shower has a clear tempered glass door, a large opening porthole with curtain, a wall mounted fixture and a light.
Also, in the guest head are two overhead mini spots, an exhaust fan and an air conditioning outlet.
The Galley is forward on the main deck. It has a separate Freeman door to the starboard side deck. The crew access is forward from the Galley allowing this area to serve as the Crew Lounge as well.
The sole of the Galley is a two tone Amtico. The countertops are granite and the cabinetry is all matte finish cherry wood. Forward to starboard is a three person upholstered settee with stool and granite countertop.

Down six steps from the forward area of the Galley is the Crew Area. To starboard is a twin stateroom with over under bunks each with a reading light. Below the lower bunk are two cabinets and a drawer. Above the upper bunk are for storage cabinets. Aft is a full size hanging locker and two drawers below. Forward are AC controls and a dressing mirror. The inboard bulkhead has a phone and a Vizio 27" LCD TV (upgraded 2015).
Port Crew Cabin
To port is the second twin stateroom with over under bunks, each with its own reading light. Below the lower bunk is a drawer and a storage cabinet. Above both bunks are shelves. Aft is a full size hanging locker with two drawers below. The inboard bulkhead has a Vizio 18" LCD TV.
Crew Head
The shared crew head has a ceramic tile side, a bow front seamless Corian sink and counter-top, six drawers and three cabinet doors in the vanity below. Three additional cabinets serve as linen and medicine cabinet storage. Above the sink is a mirror and an escape hatch. The stall shower has a tempered glass door, a seat, a light, an exhaust fan and a wall mounted fixture. Full size Head Hunter toilet. Also in the head are tow overhead mini spots, a fluorescent light and an AC vent.
